At this early stage of the medium, FLARB is one of the few firms that can say has a team of Virtual Reality veterans. We have consulted the development of shipped VR applications for clients and published our own VR games, Caldera Defense and Forgesmith VR on Gear VR. Our technology solutions include a robust codebase that allows us to target any VR platform, from Google Cardboard to Sony PSVR.
In addition to games and branded experiences, we build VR visualization solutions for military and industrial clients, including creating interactive VR walkthrough architectural models for large commercial construction firms.

FLARB has worked with Augmented Reality since the early days of AR on mobile devices. We have shipped AR titles on iOS and Android and consulted on the design and development of AR apps ranging from entertainment to military projects. FLARB also developed Ether Drift, a unique blend of mobile games, augmented reality, and physical toys. We work on current AR platforms such as Google Tango and mobile phones as well as prototype wearable AR devices that are not yet available to the consumer. As an example, check out InnAR Wars–a unique AR space RTS game using Tango as a platform.
FLARB is also one of the earliest developers for Microsoft’s new HoloLens Augmented Reality platform. We are building next-generation mixed reality applications for Windows Holographic and beyond. Keep your eyes on the Windows Store for some of our latest HoloLens developments.

As with VR technology, we have applied AR to applications outside of the entertainment space. We are working with our construction and architecture partners to build unique AR Building Information Modeling visualization solutions that allow builders to overlay information about a building’s internals over the real world to help with construction, maintenance, and remodeling of large buildings.
